I’m very disappointed with my experience.
The vehicle was due for delivery the next day, but I was only informed at the last minute that there was an electrical fault. I understand that faults can happen, but what was most frustrating is that no clear diagnosis or timeline was provided, as I was told the technicians were busy. This made me feel like the customer was not a priority.
Because the delivery date was already confirmed, I had planned around it, including booking a holiday for four people and arranging insurance for the vehicle. This resulted in financial loss and wasted time.
After spending a significant amount of time going through the purchase process, the late communication and lack of proper support led me to cancel the order altogether.
While the staff were polite, the overall experience was poor due to the last-minute update, lack of urgency, and inconvenience caused.

Stewart was great explaing all the finance details and also the workings of the car. He also took into consideration of the shifts i work to arrange for the part exchange of my vehicle and to collect the new car. Now that i have used the company, and the fact i love thecar, i will probably not go to another dealer again.
